ITS A SCAM...FRAUD...pls dont go with online reviews. I had finalized my schedule to move from NJ to CA. Paid advance $260 deposit.

No one picks the call or replies to email. Website sometime says suspended. They did not turn up on the day of pick up...was really screwed as I had flight next morning.

Had to book immediately with others for last minute move with higher charges. I think all reviews are also fake to get customers attracted.

NEVER go with them. I dont have option for less than one star.

Pathetic is all I can say about this company. I opted them for moving from Boston to Atlanta. The initial discussions went smooth till the moment I confirmed the quote and paid the initial deposit. They then basically stopped picking my call.They dont respond to your emails. I have had torrid times dealing with Tammy who was my sales agent. I was given a quote of 1700 and I ended up paying 3200.Almost double the quote.The Inventory list was clearly provided to them through email but there was a miscommunication between the driver and the company and I ended up paying more. When I questioned this, all they had to say is raise a claim with some other company. This is crazy!!! Finally after a lot of delay when i finally got my stuffs, i had broken shades and scratches to items. It has been awful.
Neither the customer service nor Tammy was helpful. These guys have a whole lot of hidden charges which they dont tell us when they give us the quote. I want to give 0 to these guys but I dont see an option.STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

I was sold on Atlantic union van lines right after they provided me an estimate. Their quote was very low. The movers arrived on time and were properly equipped. I couldn’t believe how easily they carried my furniture. It was a 3rd floor walkup and the stairs didn’t seem to bother them at all. Everything went smoothly and they were done in just an hour and half. They gave me a 5-day window for the delivery and they delivered on the 4th day. Nothing was broken or damaged. These skilled men can do anything!
