Prestige Plumbing Heating Cooling

I Called and scheduled an appointment a few days prior because it is extremely difficult for me to take time off of work and did not want to pay for an afterhours or weekend rate. The day my appointment was scheduled for I called Mike with Prestige to see if they call ahead of time with an estimated time of arrival or do they just show up between the scheduled time frame. About an hour later he calls me back and stated that they would not be showing up at all because he has another job that is more complicated than expected. I asked him if he only had one plumber working for Prestige because I needed to have someone come out today because I already scheduled time off of work and his response was I only have one today. He never offered to come another day after hours or a weekend at the same rate. He basically brushed me off stating his previous job was more important because it involved more work than my "clogged drain". I wonder if he would have

My hot water heater went out. They were the first I called. Their pricing was the lowest by $400-$600 dollars! I called at 9am, they were there by 3pm and out the door in under an hour! They also cleaned up after themselves instead of leaving a mess as most service people do. They were both very friendly and HONEST!!! It was my first "warm and fuzzy" repair experience! I will call them for all my plumbing needs!

I have used Prestige Plumbing for a number of jobs, from faucets to shower heads to hot water heaters, and they have always been excellent. We have used them for a number of years without ever having a problem.They do arrive within the scheduled time that they give. They also give a 30 minute phone call when they are on their way. If you can't take a half day from work, and work near your house, this is very convenient.

The 2 guys that came to my home were great. They were very professional and the price was right. I will definately use them again in the future!
