Last night we ordered some delicious food from House of Chan, and they forgot to include the mongolian beef. Right after we discovered this, and noticed there were some wings nobody had ordered, they called us to apologize about the beef - before we got a chance to call them. We then got our proper order and a some free eggrolls and a bunch of cookies, turns out the first free food was included because we ordered so much and forgot to use a coupon on their menu, so they kindly entered it anyway! Sweet!

All businesses make mistakes, how they handle them is how they are remembered. House of Chan rocks! I WILL be chomping on their food again! It is tasty and they are nice people!
