Went there today looking for a new nail place. Girl was taking care of someone when I walked in. As soon as I walked in, she said she was by herself and I should come back. I asked how long and she said 25 minutes so I told her I would wait. She wasn't very pleasant but I dismissed it. After about 20 minutes she asked me to pick a color. I told her I had gel on. She asked me where I had gone. I told her across the street, she proceeded to tell me she was going to charge me $5 extra. I asked why, she said because I was coming from another place. I told her I was looking for a new place and I was a new customer she said it didn't matter. Didn't appreciate her attitude and I think she's rude for her to charge a new customer $5 extra for removing nail polish. She lost a few potential customers because I won't recommend them to anyone.

Bought a groupon for 2 gel manicures and pedicures. The salon is very bare bones, not too many colors to choose from (particularly for gel), massage chair for pedicure wasn't the best. I personally like a really good scrub when I get a pedi, but this was very basic & quick,not as relaxing as I'd like. When I got my gel manicures, I was seated next to another patron who was getting her nails done, the two workers were talking in Spanish the entire time I was there(both times!), quite frustrating. I don't mind when the person doing my nails is quiet or not chatty with me, but talking in front of me with another worker in another language I think is disrespectful. Granted, I've seen that at a few other salons, but this annoys me. For the money you can pay at other salons, I'd recommend going some place else. You can definitely find better prices and nicer amenities. My gel manicure also chipped within the first week, possibly even first 4 days, I was very disappointed.
