We rented a hospital bed for my husband. We paid $207.84 for a month's rental. When he called to ask for a replacement mattress because he could not sleep on the flat, uncomfortable one they brought, they said, they had none available so when we decided to return the bed, as it was useless in the shape it was in, I asked to be prorated for the month as we only 'used' it for one week..they refused to give back the money (any of it) saying, that was for their set up fees..which took the men about ten minutes, tops..to 'set up'.



I will not be using this business again. Totally NOT safisfied with their policies or state of their equipment.
