Ok my 6month old daughter was vomiting blood, they did a blood count and found that her platelet count was at 10 and then informed she was to sick to be there and told us they were transporting via ambulance to children's in the city. Well they re did her blood work and found it was normal. Needless to say I was furious because the healthplex was talking about transfusions and had me so scared I was sick! I will never go to this er again. I had went there having a severe allergic reaction and waited for an hour and a half to see a doc and then the nurse forgot my meds! Thank god I didn't die because I was sent home in worse condition then when I went in! Do not use there er they are rude and do not seem to care at all! If I could no stars I would!

I'm a first time mommy from out of state, I never imagined having to leave my child in the NICU after giving birth... the least the staff could do is be nice and understanding/accomidating. Since I went into labor I've been treated like pooh and havnt been informed of things like my childs first bath, or that he's in clothes....its the small things that count and since I can't be the one to do those things the least they can do is inform me of when they happen--I call 8 times a day! There have been 3 nurses who've been informative and polite since I went into labor--that's pathetic considering I've dealt with over 20 nurses!! The Norman Regional System needs to work with their employees on customer service and hospice.

They are rude and take forever when it really counts. They have nurses that are proud of working at eight different hospitals! That worries me. Thats not something to be proud of! If your life is on the line, go to ok city.
