DO NOT take your car to Bodyworks unless you want young inexperience body technicians working on your vehicle. They delivered my car with the auto make name plate turned almost with a 90 degree off center, trash and fisheye in the paint. We believe the bumper was painted outside the booth due to all the trash, and we saw them doing that with another bumper. They tried to remove the trash from the bumper with a buffer and burned the paint. Furthermore, the paint was very soft and scratched easily. Another body shop looked at it and stated there was not enough harder in the paint.... this shop is a drive through and comperable to MACCO!

Staff is great!

My driver's side mirror was recently obliterated in a hit-and-run, so my insurance company sent me to Bodyworks. Although there was a minor scheduling problem (someone had double-booked a rep because my appointment hadn't been put in the computer), they fit me in within 5 - 10 minutes of arriving. I simply parked my car outside, met my Bodyworks agent, and told him what happened. He took photos for my insurance company, printed a quote and explained it (as this is the first claim I've ever had, and was therefore a bit overwhelmed), and asked if I intended on taking my car elsewhere or having Bodyworks repair it. I had wanted to take it elsewhere because of all the bad online reviews I've seen, but the price was so much cheaper than anywhere else, so I decided to give them a chance. I'm glad I did! After I told him I would be bringing my car back to Bodyworks for repairs, he went outside with me to get the color code for my car, so that the new mirror could be matched to my paint. We made an appointment for a week later (to give them time to order and paint the part) and he told me that all I needed to do was show up, leave my car for a few hours, and then come get it. During the week's wait, he sent the photos and information to my insurance. When I brought my car back in, the service was as good as I was promised. I dropped my car off at 8 and picked it up fully fixed at 2 that afternoon. The people were extremely helpful and courteous and the interior of the building itself is very nicely designed and furnished (which put my mind at ease a bit more than it would have been, had the place been shoddy on the inside). Overall, Bodyworks made my first insurance claim completely painless.

This place is HORRIBLE! DO NOT TAKE your care to these people. The repairs were more than 4x's the estimate & it took 3x's longer. Driving away the rear view mirror fell off in my hand, rear lights did NOT work (pulled over by OHP), stained my rear seat w/grease, pop-down video doesn't work right now (it did when we took it in), had screws falling off of car (told 'oh those are extra'), floor mat was ripped/stained, car smelled like smoke, on & on. I took it for 'minor hail repair'.
