I called them on a Saturday for repair of our fridge; the repairman arrived within an hour and 30 minutes later it was fixed. Really good service.

They had to order a part for my dishwasher and it now runs better than ever. Alex's follow through to ensure our satisfaction was great!

Victor repaired our dryer to our satisfaction. He was knowledgeable about the issue and repaired it with ease. Amtec saved us from purchasing a new dryer.

Alex was responsive and even changed his plans when we had to reschedule last minute. He not only figured out our LG dishwasher but gave me a tutorial on cleaning out my front loader that will prevent it from being damaged and building up gunk causing my washer to grow mold- yuck. Alex was personable and professional. I felt comfortable having him in my house and asking for his opinion on appliance purchases. PS- he showed me some pics of dryers he has serviced and Ill be calling him for routine maintenance so as to minimize risk of fire.

I had my dishwasher repaired through my home warranty. I feel extremely lucky to have had Victor come for the service. He was extremely respectful of my home and thoroughly explained what he was doing step by step. He estimated how long it would take for the part to come that was needed and was spot on! Unfortunately after one load we realized something else was going on, and Victor came to the rescue. With a total of four visits and As a single farther with two young daughters I couldn't be happier with how comfortable I felt with him in our home. Not only did he do what he said he would do, when he said he would do it. He was extremely professional, friendly, kind, respectful and patient. Five stars isn't enough to express my experience throughout this repair process! THANK YOU VICTOR!!!!!

We've used AMTEC services for years and they a very prompt, affordable and they know what they are doing. All of our refrigeration needs are met and Alex is really good at his work.

My ice dispenser stopped working. Victor detected the problem and ordered the parts. He was back within a week and had it working again. He was very professional and knowledgeable.

We had a washer on the fritz. Amtec came through in a pinch. Got the mechanic to also take a look at a noisy dryer. All sorted. We're very happy : )

The repair tech, Boris, called this afternoon, more than an hour before the 2-4 pm appointment window, to let me know he would be arriving in 45 minutes. That's right, people: on the Saturday of a holiday weekend, the repair tech arrived EARLY for the appointment. Boris was kind, cheerful, and patient with my overly-energetic dogs. He was even respectful of the fact that I'd just had my floors refinished and was very careful moving the fridge in and out of its cabinet. During the course of the appointment, I learned a lot about how refrigerators work and got great tips about what brand and type to choose, and what to expect to spend when (sooner than later) I replace the old, energy inefficient battle-axe. While, for now, a Big Gulp of Freon seems to have fixed the problem, I appreciate Boris' ability to handle the repair while also informing me of some excellent reasons to consider replacement on my own dime (and hopefully after the holidays). Based on this experience, I would certainly call Amtec in the event of another fridge crisis.

My home warranty company, AHS, sent Amtec Services to fix my dishwasher. They scheduled quickly. Employees were friendly. They arrived at our agreed upon time and diagnosed my problem on Saturday, 7/22. He did not have the necessary part and said it would be ordered. On Monday, 7/24, I called to check on the status. I was told the part had been ordered and as soon as it arrives they will call to schedule the repair. Just a very smooth process. Very much appreciated after the dealings I have had with some other contractors lately!

Amtec is awesome!!! Quick, friendly, and easy. Got my fridge fixed the same day and saved me from having to throw out a lot of food. I'll be calling back whenever anything else in this house goes out of whack. The technician did tell me that I eventually need to replace the fridge. It's over 20 years old and parts are scarce, but until then it's Amtec to the rescue!

As a personal rule, I only write reviews for exceptionally good service, and this company deserves one. The fridge was on the fritz and a fellow from Amtec Services fixed it quickly, and then helped me by adjusting a drain hose in the back of the washing machine. This is something I could usually fix myself, but I was recovering from surgery and the fellow from Amtec was eager to help. If only all establishments had such stellar customer service.

I used Amtec services for my home aplliances and commercial equpment, they always on time , great cominication and very fair prices. Highly recommended.

I reported a refrigerator problem to American Home Shield, and they assigned it to Amtec Services. Oleg, the technician came on a Sunday, had to come back, and fixed the problem perfectly. He knows what he's doing and he's a very nice guy. I was very happy with the service.

Again Amtec is outstanding! I have been using Amtec for years .They are the best appliance service in Atlanta. Whenever I have called them they usually come out the same day . They are fast, the technicians are excellent, they analyse quickly, have always had the needed part with them and are in and out in 30 minutes leaving no trace of a repair. Amtec is reasonable, quick and efficient

The repairman who came out to fix our dishwasher was fantastic. I believe it works better than when I got it new! He was very thorough and courteous. Probably one of the best appliance repairmen I have had in the 25 years of home ownership. I will definitely be using them again.

I had a great experience! They were referred by American Home Warranty and when I researched the company, they had so many negative reviews. Well I guess they heard everyone's complaints loud and clear! Customer service was nice and accommodating and the tech person was friendly and professional. When he returned for the 2nd visit, he fixed my washing machine in less than 30 minutes and turned the washer on to make sure I approved of the repair, and these are the reasons they received 5 stars from me!

our Home warranty hired Amtec to come out to fix our oven due to it not heating up. Tech came out on a Tuesday, was here for about 15minutes and said it was repaired. Did not test the oven to insure everything was ok. Thursday (same week) we used the oven. Oven started to work but then started smelling of gas and burning smell. Called repair company they said they would not be able to get out until late the next week. We then called Home warranty, they were able to get the company back out Monday. The tech came out took off cover. I seen the first tech did not put the wires back were they are supposed to go. so the flames burnt the wire and melted the wire nut. both the tech and I took pictures of what happened. then the tech takes a ceramic (proper) wire nut and puts it on the burnt wires, not even trying take the burnt wires out, he then puts the wires back down the Hole ( proper place) but does not clean up any of the burnt plastic. puts everything back together even though I asked him about the burnt area. He then tests the oven (works) but I smell burnt plastic smell. tech told me he does not smell gas, I said yes the oven is working now but you did not repair the burnt wires, did not clean up the melted wire nut, so now the oven smells like burnt plastic. Tech says can't smell plastic, gets his stuff and walks out........ I'm a service tech on farm equipment and I would never do the repair this guy did, I would never use this company for any repairs home warranty or not.
