Overall

The vehicle i purchased had problems from the beginning. None of the windows worked due to bad motors, only half of speakers in vehicle for stereo worked among other more minor issues. Dealer did pay for speaker repair. In under 3 months engine has failed and i am out a vehicle. Because it was no warranty, sold as is, the dealer said he will not assist in any way. If this was a sporadic issue i would understand this but its not. I contacted a mechanic and the mechanic has a friends vehicle in his shop that he has to rebuild the engine also. Guess what, that customer also got his vehicle from New Life Auto Sales. Look at their history. They are snakes and crooked. Many friends have also told me of negative experiences with them including major car failure shortly after purchase. The Christian and Faith based business they bring up and claim to be is simply a cover up. They sell ALOT of trashed vehicles in a sneaky manner, none obviously are checked thoroughly. Spread the word to all, do not buy here, do not look here, dont even go here. This business needs to fail and go out of business and im sure they are on their way.

Overall

After having a horrible experience with a rusted Honda truck that was sold to me with transmission problems, I came to this facility hoping to find some decent people. After spending two hours checking over every detail of the car because I had been screwed over on my prior purchase, I regrettably purchased a Honda Accord from them AND traded in my old Honda, which they only gave me $500 credit for toward my new vehicle. Although I was still skeptical, they promised me they were good Christian people and even would help pay for repairs if there were any serious issues with the vehicle. They had their "mechanic" look over the car and of course he made it seem like the car would never have any issues. Not even a week after I drove the car off the lot, the check engine light and maintenance required light came on. Then the car started cutting off in the middle of the highway while driving it, which was horrifying. I figured maybe it just needed a tune up, so I got that done and of course, the lights are still on. Then the temperature gauge started reading hot anytime I drove it, so that needs to be replaced. It's been 5 months since I've owned this car and now the car won't even go into reverse without the gears just grinding, so my transmission needs to be replaced. I'm 8 months pregnant and cannot afford to get a new transmission, so I called them in need of help since they claimed they would always be willing to help. The owner of the company Tom (which was also the person I initially dealt with) answered and I tried to explain my situation. All he had to say to me was that he would never tell anyone that they help pay for repairs, that he "doesn't have a crystal ball to predict issues" and that he might know someone who could put in a new transmission BUT that I bought the car as is, so it's not his problem. Of course I felt upset because he had completely fooled me in the first place with his false promises and claims of helping out those in need. I told him that I guess they only claim to want to help when there is money that they can be making and he told me that he was done talking to me and wouldn't help me at all. I would recommend that anyone who cannot afford to continuously buy cars and make expensive repairs absolutely stay away from this place. They will put on a "good Christian" face when you have money to spend, but when it comes to correcting their mistakes, they want nothing to do with you.
