        Dr Klim has taken on procedural roles and left his patients in the less qualified position of his NP. He's abandoned his patients to someone much less qualified to doctor his patients. I find it abhorring and less ideal to the patients that have relied on him and now they've been cast off to a NP that doesn't even follow your instructions
