About Shop After many years in the automotive repair industry the need was felt for an honest independent repair and service facility for late model automobiles. So Automotive Specialists opened in June 1987 as Dahlke-Hiday Automotive Specialists Inc We opened with just 3 bays in the front part of the current building. As Hamilton County grew so did our business and when the back of the building became available we expanded. This gave us 3 more bays that are deeper, giving us the availability to accommodate larger vehicles. This expansion more than doubled the size of our facility. This also allowed us to add a four wheel alignment system. In 2000 we began construction of a 4000 square foot addition. Once again this more than doubled our size. With this expansion we have room to house project vehicles for car enthusiasts for an extended period of time without leaving them outside. In this building we can also repair and service larger vehicles such as motor homes. This also gave us the room to install a Dynojet Chassis Dynomometer usually referred to as a Dyno. This has proven to be a great addition. With the new addition we made a few enhancements to the over all appearance of the building and added the dba name of Automotive Specialists. With these changes we have not changed our responsibility to our customers and we remain committed to our goal of providing the best automotive repair and service possible.
