some of the salespeople are very pushy. i was sold a wedding band that did not match my engagement ring and instead of exchanging it they wanted to change the engagement ring. had to pay a lot more $$$ to exchange a ring that i bought the warrantee on that says it can be exchanged. i had to pay $100 to get a ring that was $100 cheaper than the ring i was exchanging it for. this is after i was assured that the wedding band would match the engagement ring once they were sautered. it looked foolish and they kept telling me that it looked fine even though i got many people's opinions and everyone saw all the gaps that were in it. in addition, the white gold keeps turning yellow on one of the rings. i wouldn't have been so upset that they sold me a ring that didn't match if i didn't have to go through soooo much trouble in order to get it exchanged.
