I have been seeing Dr Macam for more than 10 years. His work and service are excellent. He cares about the patient, he takes time to explain all work to be done.

First, the office always does its best to keep a calming and soothing mood from the moment you step into it at whatever time of the day. The assistant at the front desk is always in the best mood and will greet you right away and ask about your day. Second, they always try to be as punctual as possible with their appointments, and if they do have you waiting, they won't have you waiting long. Third, Dr. Macam does not make you nervous about going to the dentist's office at all. He's always asking for your life updates from the last time (which for me usually is 6 months in between) and it's like the conversation can pick up right where it left off. His dental care is always straight and to the point and he doesn't waste time recommending unnecessary treatments, and he gives you your diagnosis and makes sure you understand him. I haven't had a bad experience at all.

We were in and out in a good amount of time. There was effective communication between the dentist and patient.

He is willing to tell his patients what to do based on his observations of the patient's teeth and he likes to keep a conversation going when operations aren't being done on the patient's teeth. Has a great connection with my parents. He is overall a kind person and is willing to listen to the patient on any concerns he/she may have on any previous appointments or any questions they have in general.
