- Cal's Appliance Repair promises that if we fix an appliance and it breaks down again during our ninety-day warranty period, we will return for free and determine the cause of the problem. If the breakdown has anything to do with the original repair, we will fix it for free! If the machine has another problem, we will treat the repair as if we had diagnosed both problems at the same time and price it accordingly. You pay the same amount had we made the complete diagnosis on the first trip to your house. This policy lets you know that you have nothing to lose. So any time you have a problem with a repair, you don't have to get upset or stressed out to get a response. Just politely let us know you have an issue, and we will make it right. That's a service you can trust, and that's why we say, "our heart is in your home!" At Cal's Appliance Repair, we are a family-owned and operated business since 1968. Caleb replaced an ice maker in my fridge for me. He was prompt, professional and communicated with me via text with exact arrival time.
Caleb was respectful of my house and even wiped up the water off of the sink and floor from where the ice bucket dripped. I would definitely use Cal’s again and recommend to anyone in need of appliance repair.

Provided by DexKnowsI heard about Calâs from a friend when I told him our refrigerator was broken. Not only had Calâs fixed his refrigerator after he was ripped off by another company, but they helped him understand why the other companies repair hadnât work and how dangerous what the other guy had done to their fridge was. When I called Calâs they were extremely professional on the phone and they had a service technician out to our house within 1 hour. Charles, the service tech, was extremely friendly, did a thorough job inspecting our fridge and explaining to us what was wrong. He even answered the other concerns I had about the unit and he walked us through how he would decide whether to repair or replace the unit. He charged us a flat rate for parts/labor, so we didnât need to worry about how long he was taking to fix it, he would make sure it got done right, no matter how long it took. Weâre a military family and when I go TDY for 6 months next January these are the guys Iâll have my wife call if anything in our house goes wrong. I know my family will be safe and well taken care of if Calâs guys are the ones responding if something goes wrong.

Provided by DexKnowsI called them out to fix my dryer and the grill in the center of my stove. They came within a very reasonable time, he completed the jobs quickly, cleaned up after himself and had both back up and running in no time. Because it was only one trip but two service calls I got a drastically reduced rate on the second item. I know it seems that would be fair but that is not the way that all others operate. I will call them back any time I have another appliance down. Thank you, Cal's Appliances
