Total Roofing & Siding

Within few months after replacement of my roof some of the shingles flew away and roof sheet metal flashing came out from wall because it was NOT caulked properly. I spoke with the Chris of Total Roofing and Siding about it. He told me that he will repair it after New Year. After New Year, I spoke with him several times and every time he said that his men will take care tomorrow but he did not do it. At one time he told me that his men repaired the roof and flashing but it was not repaired. So I called and told him that the information he provided is incorrect. He said he will get back to me but did not hear back. I left several messages but did not receive any response so I finally gave up on this contractor. I fixed the roof and flashing myself. I do not recommend to hire this contractor due to his untrustworthiness.
