You may have essential insomnia. You may have one of a number of subtle sleep disorders. You may have both. Your problem may be readily treated using medically proven cognitive behavioral procedures.I’m a licensed psychologist with a special interest in working with individuals suffering from insomnia and other sleep disorders. A member of the American Association of Sleep Medicine, I trained with Dr. Rubin Naimen. My office in the greater Philadelphia area is close to public transportation and easily accessible from Interstate 95.
