Falls Grooming

Worst grooming EVER. Cut the hair off of my Papillion's ears! I even showed him a picture of a groomed Pap when I dropped them off. If he wasn't familiar with the breed then he should have said so or declined to do the work. Should be a butcher not a groomer! Don't go here if you care what your dog looks like.

this gentlemen and his mother run the business. he told me that if i brought my dog back that he was going to have to put him to sleep. he doesn't even have a license as a vet. so how could he even say that? my dog is twenty-two pounds.. a shih tzu, and sweet as pie. this guy claimed my dog scratched his arms, and he was vicious. wicket is around children all the time. there is no way he was vicious to him. but regardless he is lying. and is predjudice to little dogs. everytime i go there he is working on bigger dogs. wicket has been to a different grooming place for over ten years, and not once did they complain. he just didn't want to cut my dogs hair anymore. this guy, is a thumbs down.
