Long's Billiards

Thanks to Vinny and the guys from Longs Billards for taking the time to come out and getting the installation of my pool table right! DEFINITELY CLASS ACT BUSINESS THAT STANDS BY THEIR PRODUCT! THANKS AGAIN!!!

We have now had two pool tables, a bumper pool table and an air hockey table repaired by Long's Billiards. Each and every time the technicians were highly professional and competent. Our equipment gets a lot of use and abuse. Parts get lost and damaged. Despite this, Long's has been able to obtain hard to find parts and complete challenging repairs. We appreciate their service and are pleased with the solid business relationship we have developed. I'm sure tables will need repairs again in the future and we will continue to use Long's services.

I made the mistake of having Long's breakdown and move a table in Northern VA. last month. The whole experience was terrible! The guys that actually moved the table were OK, but trying to coordinate the whole effort was miserable. The guys were late by two days picking up the table (wasting my old man's weekend), then I had to wait another MONTH to have it delivered because they only make a run up to Northern VA. every couple weeks. If I wanted it sooner I would have to fork over more money when THEY were the ones that didn't come on the agreed upon pick up date - Unbelievable! The "Morning" window I was assigned for the delivery was closer to 1PM. The problem is the headquarters tries to schedule 3 or 4 table deliveries in the same day for the poor delivery guys. There is no way the guys can work that quickly, so the end result was that I had to take MULTIPLE days off from work in order to be there for the table setup. I emailed the owner, Scott, who was indifferent and didn't really care in the least bit. I would NOT use them again, and am absolutely SHOCKED they have been in business for 50 years. Find someone else to move your table.

They wanted $400 to move a 7 foot pool table 15 feet. Reminds me of the kid selling apples for $1000 a piece. Only has to sell one. Not to me...

I wanted to make sure and take the time to say "Thank You" to the guys who moved our pool table!!! They came out to move it on Saturday, just before the holiday weekend and when they took it apart, they found some repairs that needed done. My husband and I were disappointed because we were having friends over the next day and were wanting to play on our new table and we thought there was no way this was going to happen now. We figured they would have to come back again the following week. The guys knew we really wanted this table set today and so instead of making us wait until they reopened after the holiday, they took the table back to their shop to do the repairs and came back that evening to finish the job. These guys worked until midnight to complete the job! We so appreciate their time and effort for ensuring our table was done that day!!! I would definitely recommend and use them again!!! Thanks again to the crew that came out!!!!

THEY REALLY HAD EVERYTHING I NEEDED WHEN I BOUGHT MY TABLE FROM THEM. THE KNOWLEDGEABLE SALES STAFF REALLY MADE THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE GREAT, THERE WERE NO SUPRISES. I TRULEY LEARNED ALOT FROM THEM.
