Schedueled the repair of my overhead microwave and dishwasher at my new condo. The ladies in the office were very friendly in accomdating me over the phone, even after I had to change times last minute. When the repairman came he was on time, friendly and fast. They had that mom and pop feel, I appreciated that. The microwave still worked up until its manufacture recall and the dishwasher is tip top.

Showed up an hour late, didn't tell me anything but computer gone in washer. Then when I called the office they took 4 hours to tell me what was wrong and what needed fixing. Then declined the job. Oh it took them a week to come out to the house too, and the guy doing the job, didn't even seem to know anything about the washer but he hated the brand!
