Don't use this place to repair your dryer! They do not guarantee their parts or service apparently. My dryer is making a loud squeaking noise. The same noise they supposedly fixed in August! It was quiet for a week but the noise came back after that.

I had a hard time getting an appointment to follow up but finally had one at the end of September. I took off work and waited at home for a repair person to come, but no one did. When I called the store the receptionist said they cancelled the appointment because it was already repaired in August! I explained again how the noise was back but she said I'd have to talk to the owner to schedule an appointment because they'd already fixed it. I told her for the 3rd time it was not fixed and asked if their work or their parts were guaranteed for more than a week. She said she didn't know and I'd have to talk to the owner, but he was not available at the time.

I asked her to have him call me but of course, as I expected, he never did.
