2nd liner replacement completed in 2010 by J&M Pools, also installed new salt water system. The communication, attention to detail and service far exceeded the previous vendors we had used prior to 2010 and we have very high expectations for service. J&M closed our pool for Winter in 2010, re-opened the pool March 2011 and this was the first time massive chemicals and service was not required when opening our pool. We also used J&M for weekly pool serive in 2010 and will continue this in 2011. In 2010 our pool was always clean, clear and totally maintenance free for us. We have been extremely satisfied in every aspect of their service and communication.
