Exer - More Than Urgent Care

This Newbury Park urgent care was clean, and the staff response was quick and attentive. Most Urgent Care facilities I've seen have bordered on frightening but not Exer. I felt much more comfortable here than any other location that either my husband or myself needed to visit in the past.

Yesterday I had the great pleasure of visiting the Exer Urgent Care faclity in Newbury Park. I have been reluctant to go to urgent care clinics in general because they seems dingy and I worried about the care I would receive. Exer was amazing. The clean modern facility was invtiting and gave me confidence in their services. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The doctor was the best I've seen in Thousand Oaks. He was amazing and extremely thorough. I was even able to get my antibiotics right there which when you are sick was so helpful.

The best urgent care in Thousand Oaks is called Exer More Than Urgent Care and that's exactly what it is. I hopped in after dropping a full can of paint on my foot. They had me x-rayed, diagnosed two broken toes, splinted me, and had me off of my foot in well under an hour. The staff was very friendly and competent and the cost was way less than I expected, especially for being seen by an emergency room doctor. Yes, you get to see an emergency room doctor without have to go through the craziness that is the hospital ER. I would recommend this Urgent Care to friends, definitely..

This is a beautiful, clean, brand new urgent care in Newbury Park. I was here late last night after breaking my toe. They got me in a room with no wait whatsoever and the doctor set my toe easily and with very little discomfort. I saw a sign that they have a pharmacy in their office so I asked if they could refill my normal prescriptions and they were able to right there without having to send me to another pharmacy like most other doctor's offices would do. I found this very convenient and will definitely recommend this urgent care to everyone I know in Thousand Oaks.
