        Overall

        I am highly upset, Moved up here so it was a need search for a DR hairstylist. So I go to her to put a perm in my daughters hair (touch up) not only she put it in. But ended up rinsing it out way quickly even though i told her not to. When she washed it you can see it half kinky and the other half straight. yet she was determine to charge me 75 dollars. Never this happened to my daughter until i went to her.
