Feinberg, J.S.C., in the Essex County Superior Court. He was an Assistant Essex County Prosecutor for four years. He then became an Assistant Prosecutor in Union County for ten years. He had several assignments, including eight years as supervisor of the investigative units, which included homicide, sex crimes, economic crimes, child abuse, arson, drugs, and welfare fraud. While serving as Investigations Supervisor, he was cross-designated as a Special Assistant United States Attorney and worked with the Newark Federal Strike Force on an organized crime investigation.
