I have been going to Broad St. Auto for many, many years and Ivan's mechanics have always done exceptional work on my vehicles. I have had high end vehicles and some not so great vehicles and whatever the issue was with the car, Ivan and his team properly diagnosed and fixed it. I would highly recommend Broad St Auto to anyone looking for quality workmanship and repair.

I had been taking my car in to broad Auto like when he started (Ivan). In the beginning I would always diagnosed the problem and just have them repair the problem. They would charge for repairs and extra for using a Debit Card, Really! After a few times i started to feel uncomfortable they would take 3 hours for a 1hour job and my last visit I had a right speed sensor that had to be repaired.He looked at it & Told me that the problem was something else with the bearing or something. The repair took 4hours $300.00. The following day the engine light still is on. Now I'm feeling a lot of mistrust.. He checks it and says to bring it back. I take it home attach the scanning & the Rt Front sensor come up. After two weeks of ducking me I bring in the parts and had him put it in . A hour job took 4hours. After he repaired it which was the problem he comes to me and here i am thinking he will repair it & not charge me since the problem still was not fied but no he bills me another $210.00. I was livid that he scammed me. Right in my face and tried to make me believe that he had to do the work. No"" I told him you are horrible you charged me $300.00 and the car was not repaired. When I brought in the parts and did what initially should have been repaired right frt speed sensorthen the car was repaired finally. I did in a professional manner discredited him in front of Three other customers. What they did was a classic auto repair scam . Putting in parts or saying they did that were not needed. After they did this I started checking the better business bureau to find they don't exist as a reputable tax paying business. STAY AWAY FROM BROAD STREET AUTO REPAIR CTR.
