So, thank you for the completely HORRIFIC Experience!! My first and LAST time I will ever go to your salon. If I wanted to have a line of hair dye on my forehead, face and have my blouse stained with RED HAIR DYE I would have gone to a Kindergarten Class! Instead of excusing the error and making it seem as it was my fault perhaps some CUSTOMER SERVICE like a REFUND of my $90.00 would have at least let me think twice about never going there. You have lost not only a potential future client but also a very LOUD warning to all!

Front desk is not friendly. Even my teenage daughter felt the chills -- that's how cold the reception was.

Awful!! Showed the stylist a picture of a wavy do for homecoming and she gave her tight ringlet curl!! Ruined her first homecoming !

I love my stylist Heather. She always knows the newest trends. She has given me the best style for my hair . After many years of being with her I just let her do what she wants. Always happy.

I went into Town Hair Salon with high expectations due to the rave reviews. I was extremely dissapointed. Not only did I wait almost a half hour for someone to come get me with soaking wet hair, but my hairstylist never introduced herself, it was awkward because she did not really talk to me at all, and she said that my hair would dry and look nice on its own...meaning she did not blow it dry or style it. They scheduled me into the computer for a cut and color when I only wanted a cut and I felt like it was my fault and that this played a part on my service. I will not be going back.

The staff is friendly and professional. I switched from a frou-frou, high-priced salon because of cost, but I have to say, I have never been disappointed in the quality of cut that I receive at Town Hair Salon. Have sent many people their way. Luv this place.

I take my son there, he has always felt comfortable with the girls cutting his hair at this place. They treat him/us as respectful as anyone else getting a higher end cut. Can't say enough for the price, the friendliness and cleanliness of the place. Highly reommend to anyone, but if you have kids they are good about cutting kids hair.

They're rude! I called once yesterday to make an appointment, They told me that they don't provide those services and hung up.

I love jennifer she is such a great person! She is perfect at cutting short hair!

They can always get me in on short notice, and they always do my hair the way I have asked for it to be done.
