I wasnervous ,but The staff were professional. My teeth became straight.

I was improssed by how nice the place looked and the process was very organized.

My first impression was amazement since it was my first time seeing such a place. I'm satisfied with my treatment and I'd recommend this place.

When I first arrived, I was very intimidated about the process of getting braces. However, as time went on, I was able to relax, and be more at peace with it. I am very pleased with my results because my prior teeth, 3 years ago, pale in comparison with my teeth after the treatment result. I would recommend this service to friends and family due to its easy process.

Braces seemed like such a long and hard process at first, but it really wasn't that bad. Appointments went rather smoothly and efficiently which I overall enjoyed. I'm pleased with my treatment result especially with how straight my teeth look now and how my overbite was fixed.

My first impression on coming to Dr. Yon H Lai's office was exciting. I was happy to finally be able to fix my smile. Of course I am pleased with treatment results and I would recommend this service to everyone!

I was worried about the pain and I thought that I wouldn't be able to bear it but the pain would only last for a week or 2 each month so it wasn't as bad as I thought. I had worry and nervous of getting the braces when my 1st time. Now, my teeth are totally different from the initial and I'm very pleased with that. I feel that I should give advice to my family,relatives and friends who need to fix their teeth for taking treatment here. I believe their teeth will be as nice as me after that

The office space is amazing and has a very nice views of New York. And also very bright and clean. Other than that everything is else nice. My treatment result is good enough to satisfied. I'll tell depending on my friends & family who would want braces because it takes a long time to wear the braces.
