After so many deliveries of the wrong clothing and the loss of several items, I am moving on. I strive to give people grace: running this kind of business can't be easy in Manhattan and they occasionally responded with insight in a timely manner; however, more often than not, they just justified their disorganization and unprofessionalism with lame excuses. For example, delivering the wrong laundry to me was rationalzied not as conflating my order, but merely placing the wrong invoice on my laundry. No joke, kids! Whatever you call it, the wrong clothing was left at my abode and, in the process of my retrieving the correct order, multiple items (of significant value) were lost. Never an apology or care for even feigning customer concern. There's just way too many other organic dry cleaning places that it's no longer worth waiting for this cast of jokesters to get their act together.
