Robert Hadley Associates

Biggest waste of time! Received a phone call from Robert Hadley to come in for an interview. Prior to my interview he was well aware that I am a law student and told him that I can work full time but cant stay at a job with overtime. Came in for my interview, we discussed it, then he had me meet with a woman named Donna Buro! What a piece of work. She tells me that I will have better luck finding a job if I take law school off of my resume. I get you're a recruiter and get paid off of me but really? I told her that I DO NOT feel comfortable lying to an employer and she told me that its not lying I just do not have to put it on there. After being annoyed that I wasted my time on that interview I emailed her and told her that I was not interested in doing business with this recruiter. After a voicemail and an email from her I finally decided to call the woman back and she told me that she has a great position for me close to school and I need to take my Microsoft exams. Against my better judgement I took the exams and I did well on them. After that I did not hear from any of them. Emailed Donna a week later to see what the delay was and she responded "Get back to you shortly" It is March of 2013 now and this interview took place last September. Thank you Donna and everyone else at Robert Hadley Associated for wasting my time! I refuse to work with any recruiter because at the end of the day, they are a waste of time! Go straight for the employer. Found a great job no thanks to a head hunter.

Robert Hadley is garbage. I've been to 2 interviews with them. The first interview was god awful with ridiculous aptitude tests (your typical typing/Word/Excel program), but they called me again and I thought, "Maybe they changed their attitude". I was so wrong. They were by far THE WORST headhunting agency I've ever been to. They sit you down and lecture like you're some kind of punk kid. Also, everyone there are OLD AS ROCKS. They tell you how you aren't good enough for any job. Well, thanks for the motivation. I would insist on going to another headhunter if you can. Avoid these people at all costs!

I received a call from Mr. Hadley after submitting my resume. He was rude throughout the conversation, he kept interrupting me and would not let me finish. He asked me to make an appointment but after some consideration I decided not to. I do not want to work with an agency whose president made a bad impression and was rude over the phone.
