Quest Diagnostics

Unfortunately, I can’t rate this location on its expertise or professionalism. Why? Because the wait was so long at this location I was unable to have the test I needed conducted. There is ONLY ONE phlebotomist at this location as of 9-23-16. She was doing her best to keep up with the high number of patients in the waiting room. But she answered questions, did blood draws, printed out lab requests and whatever else needed to be done. Quest, this is unacceptable. There is no reason that there is only one phlebotomist at this location. Get it together.
