My concrete sink was supposed to be installed today. However, Signature Stone said they made the counter top and the color looked bad so they would redo it for me and have it ready by Monday. Nice, right? I told them I was coming by to see how bad it looked and they said that was fine. When I got there (a 60 mile round-trip), the little blonde said that the countertop looked so bad that that they had tossed it in the trash this morning and it had already been carted off. Why did they let me drive all the way there knowing that I was coming just to see "how bad" the color looked? I don't believe that they had even started on my sink. In other words, they LIE. I can handle the truth. Don't lie to me. I'm not stupid. I will never do business with this company again. If they would have just told me the truth, I could have handled the delay (for whatever reason).
