Oriental Area Rug Cleaning

I had an Amazon coupon. I should have known when they pulled up in a beat up old minivan without any logo that I was not going to have a good experience. When the "technician" entered, he immediately said that there would be a problem steam cleaning my carpet (which has been cleaned by stanley steamer several times in the last 10 years) and I should have him shampoo my carpet. I assured him that I did not need any of his special, extra charge services. So he said he would not be responsible and brought his equipment in. Not even waiting for the machine to heat up, he started using cool water. I kept touching the carpet trying to show him the water was cool and he just kept feeding me bs. He said my coupon was for steaming, but I showed him it said "steam cleaning". They finished the carpet (by this time the water was beginning to be warm) and I figured that it was just best if they left. They walked around my carpet with street shoes, no booties, leaving dirty footprints. They wheeled the machine over the wet carpet leaving wheel dirt marks I guess from wheeling it in the dirty street to my house. Absolutely the worst cleaning ever. Got a refund from Amazon Local.

Just fantastic! I've used Oriental before and I had them come right before Thanksgiving to clean the carpets and my sofas. They did such an amazing job for me that I booked them to come over after the holidays to do the cleanup. I'm excited to stuff my family with turkey until we can't move and then not to have to worry about the mess. Oriental will take care of everything! This is going to be one of the best holidays ever!

They were great. My kids made a huge mess in the house and my carpets looked terrible. Oriental Rug Care came and used organic cleaners to make my carpets look brand new again. I don't like having harsh chemicals used on my carpets because of my kids. This is the first time I found a company that used organic cleaning solution and actually did an amazing job. Oriental Rug Care where friendly and efficient and it was a very good experience.

I spilled red wine on our oriental rug and I believed I got it all out but I was wrong. I talked with Oriental Rug Care NY and they assured me they could clean the rug. I drop it off since I lived close by. They said they would use safe cleaning materials on the rug so they would not damage the rug. They returned the rug within a week after I dropped it off. The rug looked better then it has ever looked. I guess we should have had it cleaned a long time ago. Thanks guys for the great job.

I had an Indian rug which had vegetable dyes on it and after my dog decied to to urinate all over it, it started running.

OrientalRugCareNY removed the stain and resotred the dyes back and they didnt charge extra for it .

What amazed me that it only took them a week before delivering it back.
