Laying thief. If you trust people with your items and money DO NOT take your stuff to this business, hence the cash only sign. It is easier for him to ask for more time and right when the 30 days clause passes and after waiting and waiting you have the audacity to ask for your items and money back he says no, the the 30 day period passed, when he is the one who asks his customers to give him time. Total crook!

The electrician is pretty much knowledgeable about what he is doing. He is kind and he returned our product as good as new. Nice.

I have a 32 inch Samsung Tv that stopped working and I took it to this guy and was fixed in 3 days. I would recommend it if you need a quick fix.

Pros: If Mr. Morales CAN fix your unit, he'll do a good job quickly at an affordable rate. That is granted and good. But if Mr. Morales can't fix your unit, then you'll meet the other side of him:

Cons:

Mr. Morales is a lying thief. I've been living across the street from this bum for twenty (20) years so I know what I'm talking about. He accepted my $1200 Mitsubishi U-69 VCR for repair in 2012 but couldn't fix it, begging me for more time beyond 30 days. Weeks led into months, which led into a year, when he told me he needed the factory service manual to assist him which I provided. Months later, he continued saying he needed more time which I gave him because I wasn't in a rush to get it back since I had other VCRs to use. After a year, he continued to beg for additional time saying he's going to get his best technician on it. Months passed and before I knew it, he now claimed to have been unable to fix it so instead of calling me to pick it up, he just buried it in his basement along with other stuff he couldn't fix. I demanded it back but he kept telling me he needs time to FIND IT! After going back many times (since he's right across the street) I realized he was just stringing me along, having no intention of fixing or returning it to me. So I went there with the police hoping their presence would persuade him to find it but he wasn't intimidated, telling the cops that it was MY fault I didn't have my VCR because it has been longer than 30 days since I first brought it to him and according to his sign, he wasn't responsible for items left longer than 30 days! It was outrageous! It was he himself who begged me for more time over the course of 2 years, and now he refused to find it and return it to me. This was a beautiful top-of-the-line VCR which I brought to him only because a tape got jammed in it and it wouldn't eject. 2 years later, it's gone and my only recourse is to take him to court. He had the audacity to demand my producing the original receipt he gave me for it when I first brought it to him 2 years ago, telling the cops that without it, he's not responsible. He's a lying, thieving cheat and I hope everyone who reads this refrains from bringing him any business. He's a no good bum.

If you are in need of SERIOUS ...

If you are in need of SERIOUS technical repair, this is the place you should visit! I'm not talking about the geeks over at Best buy, or Staples who swap things out, or read off a manual. This is for the hardcore my motherboard fried or my vintage marantz 7c pre-amp has a blown tube repair kind of place! The gentleman who runs the shop has over 20 years experience and man, he knows his stuff! I walked in here with an Olympus digital voice recorder which had battery corrosion causing it to not power on. I had an important recording I desperately needed, so of course when Olympus turned me down, I had no other place to turn but to Mr. Morales. And so I dropped my voice recorder off into his callus filled hands - a good sign by the way. He said, "I'll have it ready in the morning" I told him take your time, as that sounded WAYY too good to be true. Low and behold, I awoke to a voicemail the following morning at 9am that my voice recorder was back up and running! he even played a recording to let me know everything was saved! If I could give this establishment more than 5 stars, I would. I saw everything from TVs, radios, amps, computer parts, and more during my visit, I am convinced there is nothing he CANT fix. Nowadays everything is dealt with warranty and returns, the old fashion technicians that love to get their hands dirty who are THE REAL DEAL are quickly fading and we need to help keep them in business! Because when you're out of warranty, what happens?...They make you buy the new one, sometimes at the cost of your personal data. Next day (EXCELLENT) service, and for just $60 bucks, this man was a godsend.
