I work for a luxury travel agency and this company is the worst I have never worked with!

I have booked a return for one of my VIP client. First transfer was done ok and I gave them my credit card to settle the transfer.

Few days after, my VIP client asks for the transfer return + an assistance to carry her luggage. The driver has arrived with exactly 40min late and my client nearly missed her plane!

I asked Manhattan VIP LImo to do a financial gesture for the damage caused as my client didn't want to pay considering the very bad service she has received.



They didn't even replied to me and direclty charge my credit card (that they have kept from the 1st transfer) of even more than the price annonced! Since, I haven't been able to reach them. We are seriously thinking to bring them to court.

Owner Uri, would not give us back a partial refund for the incomplete service. The Limo guy was suppose to pick us up inside the terminal, and help us to the car with our baggage which not only was he late, but was not inside the terminal. The owner yelled at me and would not give us back any money for our dispute. I would not recommend this Company to anyone.

Last week I ordered two limos from Manhattan VIP Limo for a bachelor party. I wasn't exactly sure what cars they were going to send but I was very pleasantly surprised when I saw 2 fancy stretch limos pull up! The cars were very luxurious and clean (woo!). We didn't have to provide music or anything either as they had music videos playing the entire time. We all had an amazing time. I'd use them for other events in the future for sure.

I arranged for Manhattan VIP Limo service via their website in advance. Decent price for a black Sedan from my house to LaGuardia airport on March 7. The driver pulled up right on time (on the minute). The driver was very nice and extremely professional. The Sedan was very clean with leather seats and had full water bottles available for us to drink in the cup holders. I recommend this company and will use them again. It is nice to have a smiling, friendly face picking you up (which you don't get with most taxi services). I don't need a limo service often, but if/when I do, I will definitely return to Manhattan VIP Limo!

We have to use their services. We warned more than 12 hal advance of a flight delay following the snowfall. They have responded yet be flexible and have taken hours without expectations of us to sign our agreement. They forget to leave a bag (the driver has filed next to him because the trunk was full) when we got it back, the contents had been stolen. Service complaint sent us a response arrogant answering this n that they did not need our business!! Beware

We hired them for our wedding ...

We hired them for our wedding and they were a disaster. We hired a 36-passenger van to shuttle our guests to the wedding venue. During our photoshoot we received a phone call because they were unable to find the address due to their GPS running out of batteries. They apparently do not know how to use google maps.They eventually got the passengers to the venue.



On the ride home, the bus driver placed the safety of our family and friends in danger. The bus driver was swerving between lanes, he was falling asleep, and he had no idea where he was driving. He even had the nerve to ask the passengers for tip despite us having paid for gratuity.



The day after we called the company to complain but the person answering the phone refused to give the name of her manager. We wrote a complaint to them over email and they responded saying they'd investigate. They never followed up. We wanted a refund on the gratuity not the entire amount. We were eventually transferred to the owner of the company. He started laughing at us and asking about our race. He called my wife a "little Chinese b*tch." I'm simply disgusted by this company.

Event: Bachelorette Party for my best friend

Review: We rented this limo company based on their prices but the old saying of "You get what you pay for" definitely rang true here. We were picked up on time as scheduled for 9am. Our goal was an enjoyable trip to three (3) vineyards in the Bear Mountain (New York) area. Upon picking us up, after we all loaded into the car - the driver proceeded to lecture us as if we were immature children. Mind you, we're all over 25 years old, professional adults getting into a limo at 9am on a Saturday... do you really think we gave off a “rowdy and unruly” vibe?? He lectured us not to touch anything inside the limo, not to "get crazy" and to ask him if we wanted anything. We were half-awake so we listened and nodded our heads in acknowledgement to get this trip underway already. We drove from Brooklyn onto the BQE (Brooklyn-Queens Expressway) to the FDR Drive (in Manhattan) up the Harlem River Drive into Northern New Jersey via the George Washington Bridge then North up the Palisades Interstate Parkway back into New York to get to the Bear Mountain area. Travel time: ~1 hour & 30 minutes (maybe less because traffic is pretty decent on a Saturday morning without any accidents on the road). Our trip back to Brooklyn was a whole other story. We scheduled the limo for 9am to 4pm. We left our last winery around 2 - 2:30pm (Eastern Standard Time) to allow for traffic. We're all native New Yorkers so we know traffic can be a nightmare on a Saturday afternoon. The driver decided to head back through Northern New Jersey, but instead of the George Washington Bridge, he took the Lincoln Tunnel. This is where the disaster started – we were stuck in serious traffic and when we looked at our watches, the clock read 3:25pm. We know by then that we would not make it back into Brooklyn by 4:00pm and we couldn’t understand why the driver would take a return route back that was different than our initial route. Sure – you could say “oh, well he wanted to avoid traffic” but if that were the case, why were we stuck in the Lincoln Tunnel traffic? We decided to call the limo company to cordially inform them that we were stuck in traffic and we wanted to know what the charge was for going over our reservation. After almost 20 minutes, the conversation quickly turned into an argument with the dispatcher and a supervisor because they interpreted our call as a complaint and not the simple, polite inquiry intended. The company representatives’ lack of English fluency made the conversation much more difficult because they wanted to argue semantics instead of addressing the issue of our driver choosing a more delayed route that would net him $102 more for the additional time. We ended the conversation after agreeing that we would get out of the limo promptly at 4:00pm. The driver left us in Manhattan (8th Avenue and 33rd Street) then when we calmly addressed him about taking a different route and disrespecting us by treating us like children, he simply claimed no fault and stated that he drives a limo everyday so he knows more about how people act in a limo and treats every passenger equally as a child. We also addressed that he was smoking in the front cabin which came into our main cabin, he insisted that we had the windows open which pulled the smoke back into the limo from his window. Seriously? It was 85 degrees Fahrenheit, we took full advantage of the air conditioning and had the windows completely closed. This was the worst limo experience ever – we had to break up our group of 10 people amongst 3 separate Yellow Cabs home. I highly discourage everyone from even considering this limousine company.

I booked this company through Limo Coach USA for my friends Bachelorette party. We booked the limo to drive us upstate to check out some wineries . The limo arrived on time at 9 am, and after that it was all downhill. From the moment the driver got out of the limo he had such a bad attitude. He didn’t greet any one of us and he just stood there until I greeted him. The driver was rude and moody and he seemed annoyed to be doing his job. The first thing he did once we were all in the limo was to lecture us on how to behave. He said not to touch anything in the limo without asking permission first. Now, everyone in the limo was 28 yrs and older, the mother of the Bride was present yet he deemed it necessary to lecture us. He went over his rules while shaking his chubby, short index finger at us. He offered us plastic cups to drink out off because he did not want us to use the glassware in the limo.



He took us to our destination and once he parked we didn’t have to deal with him for a few hours.

Unfortunately once we were back in the limo, we had to deal with his nasty attitude again. While we were driving back home we started to smell smoke. We realized that the limo driver was smoking and the smoke was making its way back to us. We knocked on the window and asked him if he was smoking, he said no and that we were letting smoke in from the outside because we opened the windows in the back, but all the windows were closed. Once we complained the smoke smell stopped.



We were getting close to going past our time and we called Manhattan VIP Limo to inquire about the overtime price. We stated that and since a different route was taken going back home we were stuck in traffic and what the price would be for overtime, the receptionist then placed us on hold. Then the limo driver opened the window and barked at us if we knew another way to get home and why we were calling to complain to his manager.

The manager then picked up the phone and asked what the problem was. We told him that his driver just yelled at us , so I’m not sure what was said to him, but we didn’t call to complain but to inquire about the price of going overtime. Even if we did call to complain, that complaint should have been addressed at a later time by the manager. The manager got really nasty with us and because his English wasn’t great he was not understanding what we were trying to get from him, which was the price of going over our time. He was being rude and yelling at us and we stated that we were paying customers and since we weren’t yelling at him there was no reason for him to yell at us. We somehow managed to keep our cool, and not once did we yell at him but from the beginning he took a defensive stance and started to yell. Finally we had enough so we also got upset and we told him that a business should never talk to his customers that way. So we told him that we were getting out of the limo because we didn’t want to pay them another penny. It was a good thing we were already in the City. We had the driver pull over and drop us off.

We confronted him about his nasty attitude and he said “I treat everyone the same, like children. You only go in a limo once a year, so u don’t know what goes on”. I don’t care what kind of experience he had with other people, but he shouldn’t have taken it out on us. He shouldn’t treat customers in such a negative way and specially not like children when they are grown adults. We all had to take cabs back to our final destination.

This company has no customer service skills and since their English isn’t great, we were unable to communicate successfully with them. I do not suggest this company. Even thought their deals may be great I suggest you pay a little more to go with a superior company to avoid any headaches. Don’t waste your time with this company.

I rented the strech limo.The limo was was clean, the drinks requested were in the limo, the price can't be beat.The limos are beautiful and the drivers are very friendly.A great company ! Perfect‎‎.

Awful, do not use this service!

On my wedding day the the driver was rude to my wife and maid of honor, and once he dropped her off at the wedding ceremony he left. When I called the management they proceeded to make excuses for the driver, even going so far as to blame my wife for the problem. Even though I paid for 3 hours, and the driver only stayed for 45 minutes, they would only reimburse one hour. So I ended up paying for two hours of service and only received 45 minutes. Long story short my guests were left in the heat waiting for transportation. My family had to step in and shuttle everyone to the reception area, including my wife and myself.
