        Terrible Service, Stay Away

        Terrible service, stay away. After accident, they fixed the car body but did not notice other parts of the car that were damaged. The work also took three to four weeks longer than promised. In the interim, I had to rent a car which they told me they would pay for. When asked for reimbursement, they danced around the issue and would not provide an answer. Ultimately, they never paid. This shop lies to their customers and should be avoided.

        i'm a progressive customer & progressive insurance insisted i go to a bodyshop on 94st thay are rude & unprofessional I DID NOT HAVE THEM REPAIR MY BMW and the dealer does not have there own bodyshop ,thank god i found manhattan auto care on delancey street thay fixed my car & i am so happy everyone should know you can trust this place

        The absolute worst body shop I have ever been to!!

        Please do not use this body shop if you want professional courteous service. This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. The so-called owner, Richard, is the most rude, obnoxious, and disrespectful person I have ever met. I never actually even made it inside the shop as his rudeness stopped me in my tracks from the outside. My insurance company USAA recommended this shop for some body work that I needed due to being rear-ended in a car accident, and so the night before I tried to research the company by reading some of the reviews to get an idea about their service. Just about every review on this company was bad and mistakenly I went for service anyway. But now I totally understand what all the reviews meant. No professionalism whatsover in this company, and from other reviews I've read, the work is not good either, so don't waste your time.

        JUNE 01 2009 I WAS IN A BIG CAR ACCIDENT I'M INSUREND WITH GEICO AND THAY TOLD ME TO GO TO MANHATTAN AUTOCARE AT 275 DELANCEY STREET , BEFORE GOING TO MANHATTAN AUTOCARE I DID NOT TRUST ANY AUTO REPAIR SHOPS (BUT i DO NOW) MY EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT ,MY CAR NOW LOOKS LIKE NEW LIKE THE DAY I GOT IT AT THE DEALER I LOVE MANHATTAN AUTO CARE AND GEICO FOR SENDING THERE ( DON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE ) GO TO MANHATTAN AUTO CARE AT 275 DELANCEY STREET
