I was very happy with the great work and the speed with which it was completed. The seemed to know the problem very well and had things well under control. The car was done not long after noon and I was back on the road. I also thought the price was fair since it was far less than the last time a went to the dealer for anything.

Love this place! Even though my vehicle was totaled, the owner, Rich, and his staff gave me a sense of security dealing with them. My car was at a shop way out in Brooklyn and they were very accommodating picking it up. The staff was thoughtful and Rich was very hands on. He took the time to speak with me several times no matter when I called, answering all my questions and explaining things clearly. When I need service on my next vehicle I will definitely bring it here. I recommend this shop to anyone who might need their services.

NO STARS!!! This is the WORST service I have EVER had. Total slime bags. They also managed to damage my car in the process of "fixing it." Both Sam and Richard contradict one another, and they misquoted prices, time, everything. Absolutely AWEFUL, RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT EVER GO HERE. Consider this fair warning.

I brought my car into this repair "slop", ( I mean shop) on Jan 2. It is now Feb 1 and I still do not have my car.

*20 min. walk from the subway. Not fun in the freezing slush.

* The front to rear passenger side was to be repaired. ONLY 1/2 was finished when on Jan 29 they told me to pick it up. (3 weeks already)!!!

*Completely inadequate work, the front panel didn't even line up.

*I have read other reviews, you should as well!

*I was told I needed to buy my own hubcaps because he wasn't sure I would like the ones he ordered. REALLY? SINCE WHEN DO I HAVE TO SUPPLY PARTS TO AN AUTO REPAIR SHOP?

Honestly, it is not worth the risk. Go somewhere that is recommended by a friend. This was recommended by my Insurance company. Such a poor choice.
