Life In Motion Yoga Center has been serving the Upper West Side community since 1997. The atmosphere of the studio is one of simplicity, allowing the students to practice the art of yoga in a peaceful, pressure-free environment with lots of natural sunlight. We offer 60 classes per week including Vinyasa Open classes, Hatha Basic, Prenatal, Mommy & Me, Meditation, Private Sessions, as well as a variety of workshops to help students deepen their practice and understanding of yoga. The teaching staff at Life In Motion have years of experience, and are some of the most sought after instructors in NYC.

Amenities

Beautiful second story windows overlooking Broadway allow for plenty of natural light to enter the spacious studios. Mats and towels can be rented for a dollar. Straps, blocks, and blankets are provided for all students. Life in Motion Yoga also offers yoga privates, a wonderful way to deepen your practice or address a specific issue.
