        Years ago, I began studying therapy and psychology because of a belief in healing?all individuals can heal and change. This belief led me to study a myriad of approaches to healing, primarily Gestalt therapy and relational approaches. I believed that, with the right support, we can find lasting ways to heal and develop health, happiness, and wellness.
