Paul R. Keeney executed a lease rider for my apartment rental in a Manhattan condominium. I was tremendously satisfied with all of the clauses he has incorporated in my lease rider. He covered very important issues that protected me as a landlord in a timely manner. I found out about him through Yelp. I've submitted a list of things that I would need in my lease rider and suggested he adds anything that I may be missing. He emailed me his fees which was very reasonable. He reviewed my condo lease and added any missing clause that may be relevant to the lease rider. He completed the lease rider in one day.
