KNW Apartments

I absolutely adore my apartment in this building. A terrace with a great view, new kitchen, wood floors. However, I am not entirely convinced that this makes up for the complete lack of organization on the part of the management, or the disregard for the need between landlord and tenant. I have twice received notices of non-payment, only to have them recalled a week later because of a mix up between my payment history and another tenant's, or because who ever I am sending the check to, does not cash the check until 28 days of the month have gone by. It's also incredibly difficult to get anything fixed. My shower faucet has been leaking for months, and my roommate and I have had quite a time trying to fix it ourselves. The final complaint concerns the lack of notice when the hot water is being shut off. Sometimes there is no notice. 1990 Lexington management team, get it together!
