        Dr. Joel Singer, a board certified plastic surgeon, leverages over 30 years of extensive medical experience in his practices in New York City and Greenwich CT. Possessing a particular interest in nonsurgical and minimally invasive procedures, Dr. Joel Singer incorporates the latest techniques into his repertoire of services. Dr. Singer began his formal education as an undergraduate at Queens College, The City University of New York. Committed to academic excellence, he was accepted into medical school after his second year of studying chemistry and biology. Dr. Singer earned his Doctor of Medicine from the Yale School of Medicine. He subsequently completed residencies at Yale-New Haven Medical Center and Rhode Island Brown University Hospital. He returned to academia in 2007, earning his M.B.A. from the George Washington University School of Business. Dr. Singer has always been at the leading edge of innovation was the first plastic surgeon in Connecticut to perform liposuction in the early 1980s. His interests in fat transfer lead him to his current interest in investigating the benefits of autologous fat-derived adult Stem Cells. He was an early affiliate in the Cell Surgical Network an international organization of physicians devoted to clinical research of the benefits of adipose-derived stem cells. He has built a physician network of multiple specialists who have been collaborating with Park Avenue Stem Cell to help treat chronic conditions in their patients. Dr. Singer is passionate about his research into the clinical applications of Stem Cells and has helped numerous people to be free of pain and chronic symptoms. Dr. Joel Singer has traveled around the globe to provide training to local plastic surgeons, as well as free surgeries to children in need.

        So Much Improvement

        I visit Park Avenue Stem Cell for my stroke.

        I heard weird sound from my brain but it's gone now and my back pain is also gone.

        Going forward, I expect more to come.

        It was a fabulous experience

        From the first visit until now the staff at Park Avenue Stem Cell has been awesome.Dr Singer explained everything to me so that I was not in the least nervous. The procedure was painless and now my pain is gone and my energy level is amazing.
