Highly recommended !! We go to the studio in Ocala - 20 W Silver Springs Blvd, at JaelYoga and The Mystic Glenn, wow what a treat! The yoga is serious, very posture orientated and makes you feel great. And The mystic glenn sells goodies for your mind and soul and reasonable prices. I'm bringing all my friends there - Jale is a great teacher too!

Wow, the studio in Ocala, Florida, JaelYoga and The Beacon Ballroom is just a gem! Although it is still under construction, it's a super addition to the downtown mix in the Ocala Square, and they've added new services such as ballroom dancing, gentle yoga, super-yoga and an event promoter! It's a one-stop shop for parties, events, and the full-time instruction Jael was doing in New York.

Jael's basement studio at the West Side Jewish Center is a sublime venue with live music and a soulful maxed-out yoga/dance mix. Watch for Jael's MeetUp announcements and YogaDanceFitness program. Like a secret society, wait for her to show up in Times Square, Harlem, Midtown, Upstate and various areas of Florida, she tends to go where there are horses.
