        Inefficient, antiquated system...

        Inefficient, antiquated system of getting tickets, uninformed untrained employees. They do NOT give full disclosure of the operations or If you MUST ride a double decker bus, like my children, you are better off buying the tickets from the guys selling bus tickets in front of one of the Grey Line tickets offices. If you purchase the bus tickets online then you have to stand in line for an hour to get the actual tickets. DO NOT purchase your Statue of Liberty tickets from them. Go to the Statue of Liberty website and reserve a ticket at a specific time or you will be online for hours to get on the ferry. Two different tour guides on the downtown tour gave us completely different information about Chinatown. Get a good guide book to get the real facts. They guides were good at pointing out landmarks.
