Mr. Kline has represented individuals and corporations in a wide range of complex litigation matters in federal and state courts and before the American Arbitration Association. His experience includes conducting trials in both federal and state courts and before arbitration panels. Mr. Kline's recent areas of concentration have included securities fraud litigations, contract claims, business torts, and insurance coverage disputes, as well as the defense of recovery actions brought by trustees in bankruptcy court adversary proceedings. He has also extensively counseled individuals and corporations with respect to employment and contractual matters. Mr. Kline served as Town Attorney of the Town of North Hempstead, New York from 1992-95, and his practice since such time has also included the representation of clients in municipal law matters.

Friedman & Wittenstein was founded over 25 years ago by Stuart I. Friedman and Andrew A. Wittenstein. The firm is dedicated to the traditional values of the legal profession: high quality and consistency. We represent large corporations, as well as individuals and small business enterprises. While we specialize in complex commercial litigation, we also provide services to our clients on an array of legal matters, including contracts, intellectual property issues, employment agreements, and corporate transactions. Although the firm has grown from the days in which it consisted only of its two founding partners, it has remained small by design as a way of maintaining its extremely high standards. The firm has never acquired or merged with any other firm or practice group of lawyers. All of our partners were associated with the firm before they became partners, and the great majority of the firm's associates joined the firm directly after their graduation from law school or soon thereafter. Each of our lawyers, while differing in level of experience, is equally talented and devoted to the highest standards of the profession.
