Great company! No idea what the other guy is saying because I've been in contact with this company with 10 years and as a loyal customer, I've never had a problem with them. Would definitely recommend to anyone else. They ARE in fact organized and Sam and Syeda help me, always.

Worst experience I have ever had with a store!! Were unorganized and could not give me a straight answer. Told me my package was sent but couldn't even provide me with a carrier or a tracking number. Waited over a month for my package when they said I'd have it within a week. Refused to give me a refund!!! Never order anything from this company!!! I wouldn't even give it any stars if I could, worst experience I have ever had with a shop!
