Overall your treatment and care has been terrific. Given that the work I came in for was a poor color match for a crown, I thought it would have been nice to, for example, split the cost of the lab and crown removal fees. These are minor details compared to the excellent work and treatment received here. I've already recommended you to several friends looking for a new dentist.

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. The office was easy enough to find. My beautiful teeth are all the results, I need to recommend them to everyone I know in need of an orthodontist. They were great.

The treatment plan was presented before the procedure, and they even gave me time for my input. They are on time and I love that they do a phone follow up.

It's kind of difficult to look for a quality dentist when you work for the city and all you have is cheap union dental coverage. Hearing from my co-workers, going to the dentist can be absolutely dreadful, long waits, multiple visits for treatments and incompetent doctors. But my first visit here has really put me at ease, trust me I get extremely terrified with dentists. When I arrived, there was absolutely no patients in the waiting area. Her assistant first proceeded with the Digital X-Rays. After the instantaneous X-rays appeared, Dr. Shiao examined my mouth and provided me with detailed explanations and a treatment plan. A few cavities were filled and cleaning was done. Extractions of my wisdom teeth are needed but I will be holding off on that. All in all, I cannot ask more from a dentist who is straight forward, patient and who gets the job done. I highly recommend this trusty doc, her name's Dr. Yi-Ling Shiao.

I just had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr Shiao yesterday. Dr. Shiao has a magic hand, I feel entirely pain free. She is the best dentist that I have ever had. Dr. Shiao and her staff are very professional and take the time to explain to me what I needed. I will 100% refer all my families and friends to her. By the way, I think she charges very reasonable rates (ps: I compared prices for so many dentists before I went). Good Doctor!!!

Dr. Shiao is a very nice doctor and has a good heart. My experience with her is always good!! I am happy to have her as my dentist. If you live close to the Manhattan, you have to go visit Expert Dental for your tooth problems. The staff was very nice!!!!!
