It was a great tour- very efficient- hits all the highlights. Get yourself ready to walk up to the acropolis. I reserved the tour from Elite Turkey Tours which was really a great decision. Everything was planned and organized right on time. I and my wife enjoyed so much. It is actually hard to absorb their history but the guide was very knowledgeable and helpful to understand everything perfectly. I would recommend this tour and of course Elite Turkey Tours to others who are in Athens for a limited time and want a great overview of the monuments and Greek mythology.

Our family of 9 (including 4 grandchildren 16,14, 10,10 (twins)) just returned from an amazing 2-week vacation in Turkey. The first week, we visited Istanbul, Konya, and Cappadocia to explore some of Turkey’s remarkable historical and cultural sites. The second week, we took a Blue Cruise Yacht Charter from Mamaris on a gullet, a traditional wooden sailing boat. From our private yacht, we explored a couple of Greek isles as well as charming villages and private coves and bays along the Turkish coast with its calm, clear, and beautiful turquoise waters. We swam from the boat, slept under the stars, and enjoyed delicious meals prepared with the freshest ingredients by the yacht’s chef. We all learned so much about Turkish culture and history and had such a fun time on the boat. What a great adventure for our entire family to share in such a fascinating country! We booked our trip with Elite Turkey Tours. We have felt as if we were in our hometown . Everything was perfectly planned and organized. We didn`t have to worry about anything. A crazy group of 8 of us traveled to Greece for 7 days to celebrate our cousin`s 21st birthday. We all agreed, it was just great to arrive in a foreign country and have everything planned for you. We were able to enjoy each and every moment of our time in Greece without any stress. I just returned from a business trip and quite exhausted after all this travelling...you can quote me below:



I had a wonderful time touring Bursa, Cumalikizik and Iznik.



Bursa is, in my opion, North West Turkeys hidden gem.. If you want wonderful historic sites, gastronomy Iskender kebap), and shopping all to yourself in a verdant setting go to Bursa.



Cumalikizik is a wonderful original Ottoman village nearby...best enjoyed off-season. I would imagine staying overnight in snowy winter would be magical.



Iznik, while much smaller and boasting fewer sites, is of spiritual importance to many and, for those, not to be missed...
