I am licensed clinical psychologist and certified psychoanalyst in private practice in NYC. I conduct individual, couples and family psychotherapy, interpersonal psychoanalysis, case consultation and supervision in both English and Russian languages. In addition to private clinical practice, I am an Adjunct Professor at New York University (Steinhardt School) in the Department of Applied Psychology, where I teach graduate students training to become psychotherapists, and Clinical Supervising Faculty in the Intensive Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Program at the William Alanson White Institute (WAWI), where I supervise the clinical work of mental health professionals in post-graduate training. I am an Associate Editor for the peer-reviewed journal, Contemporary Psychoanalysis, and present my work at national and international professional conferences. I've held clinical and supervisory positions in various inpatient, outpatient, residential, day treatment, research and academic settings, including: Bellevue and Gouverneur Hospitals, Columbia University Medical Center- New York State Psychiatric Institute, Teachers College - Columbia University, Mt. Sinai Beth Israel Medical Center and the William Alanson White Institute.
