Sellers on this site are generally honest, but always check their ratings. Like buying on eBay or any other place online.

This site has some of the best deals to be found on medical equipment. Personally I find the site easy to use and have never had a problem with their customer service.

This is the worst service I have ever dealt within the entire United States. I was trying to buy a device from them and they cheated me (I won the auction but have never received the device). Long story short: don't trust these people, they are doing some monkey business over there.



For those of you who are interested in details, beware:



They have 2 auction types: with and without reserve price. Regardless the auction type, there is no guarantee that you receive an item even if you are the highest bidder. (If there is no reserve price, they must give away the item to the highest bidder regardless whatever the highest bid is).



In my case, the auction did not have any reserve price setting and I was the highest (= winning) bidder when it closed (starting price of $10 vs. my highest bid of $150)... and guess what happened then... nothing! After a few days of nothing (no e-mail notification, no shipment request, just n-o-t-h-i-n-g), they put that device for auction once again (!).



I have contacted their customer service several times over the course of the past two weeks but it did not help at all: I have never heard any excuse from their side, or any explanation on why I did not get the item, or any type of solution (they did not even remove the device from sale!)...



In the end of the "second round", that device was bought by someone else for absolutely unreasonable price (I suspect it was someone from their side just to close the auction and get rid of me, unhappy customer).
