Diva Nails & Spa

The woman doing my nails cut me, and then to add insult to injury (literally), she had a bad attitude. While I was using a paper towel to try to stop the bleeding (that I had to get myself--she ignored my request for a tissue), she was impatient to get me to pay (even though I clearly was not keeping her from other customers, as it was deserted, and I was trying to stop the bleeding on my finger from a cut that she had caused). She was snickering and making faces. When she showed me to the nail dryers, she did not turn the dryer on. So I started to ask her if she would turn it on. She must have misunderstood what I meant to say because she put her hands on my shoulders, proceeding to give me a back massage. The nail dryer still was not on, so I asked her how to turn it on. She then turned it on, and walked away, sans massage. Right after that, I noticed a bubble on one of my nails, which I then asked her to fix. She did so, but not without making faces. Very unprofessional.
